  3. if sabah and sarawak are the equal partner with Malaya to formed Malaysia, then it should has its own autonomy power such as what has pointed out in the 20 Points agreement between sabah and the federal...as in Cobbold Commission, that all parties enter the federation as equal partners. therefore, federal govt must make a different policies for sabah and sarawak because sabah and sarawak has a different background from Malaya.

  9. All parties entered as equal partners, so the Federal should treat us fairly in terms of awarding projects and allocations.

  10. Autonomy is one of the agreement between Sabah and Malaysia. However I saw that this agreement has been violated.

  11. If any points from the 20 points agreement are not fulfilled, then Sabah is no longer part of Malaysia. A breach of agreement will cause to contract to be null and void.

  12. If they treat us equally, fairly and non-bias and keep their promise by fulfilling the 20-points and 18-points Safeguards, this issue will never blow up in "anger" by the EMs. However, that is the reality. I hope the Govt will start to treat us more better and fairly.
