There has to be an open line of communication and cooperation between the District Office and elected representatives to ensure relevant projects and those of priority were implemented.

"It is important for District Officers and elected representatives to be in communication and forge co-operation. Without it there could be no proper planning and without proper planning, there would be haphazard development."

"Therefore, it is important for the District Officer to be aware of what is going on and the status of various projects planned and those under implementation. I am also open to ideas and suggestions on how to improve on certain development plans"
