Datuk Seri Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin will wait for the written judgement of the Court of Appeal’s decision on the rightful Perak Mentri Besar before proceeding to submit an appeal to the Federal Court.
“We will initiate our move on Monday but it will probably take a week to prepare the full documentation of the appeal,”
“We have been doing it consistently even after the High Court’s decision to dissolve the assembly and give the mandate back to the people. If they are sincere, they should also quickly rush to the palace. But are they are willing to do it? That is a challenge for them,”
“They only interpret laws but to us, it is the people who decide who is the government,”
